I enjoy foraging for free food. Especially when I know that said food is delicious and full of all sorts of micronutrients that benefit my body. Of course I’m talking about wild edibles! Edible weeds grow all around us and should be collected and consumed regularly by everyone. In order to ensure that people collect wild edibles in a safe and responsible manner, I produced a film called: “Common Weeds And Wild Edibles Of The World.”
Common Weeds And Wild Edibles Of The World is an instructional movie that will teach you how to safely and sustainably harvest, clean, and prepare plants such as: dandelions, lambs quarters, mallow, chickweed, plantain, mustard greens, clover, purslane, and more.
In addition to in-depth instruction on how to forage for over a dozen edible plants, this film also contains many useful tips and tricks that will help you reduce your monthly food bill while simultaneously allowing you to enjoy new culinary flavors.
