RawBC is pleased to host author Sergei Boutenko for an entertaining evening filled with life-changing information about the missing ingredient needed for vibrant health.
Sergei discusses the incredible health benefits that come from introducing green leafy veggies into one’s diet.
His extensive study of plants along with the latest scientific research makes it easy, safe and fun to incorporate mineral rich wild edibles into your diet.

This lecture will cover topics such as:

Sergei Boutenko Bio:
Family member of the pioneer raw food family, the Boutenko Raw Family. www.rawfamily.com
Sergei was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of nine (1993). It was at this time that his family started a life transformational change through raw foods. Sergei has been diabetes free all these years.
In April 1998, the Raw Family walked the Pacific Crest Trail, a 2,600 mile hike, from the Mexican border to the Canadian Border. It was a journey of 6 months, where they foraged and ate wild edibles along the way. Sergei has a deep understanding of living with wild edible greens.
Sergei is the author of several books and DVD’s :
‘Eating Without Heating’ (co-authored with sister, Valya)
‘Fresh – The Ultimate Live-Food Cookbook’ (co-author with Valya)
‘The Miracle of Greens’ – DVD – recently released
Today, Sergei is a film maker, and travels sharing his message that health is not a privilege, it is a birthright!
