Fools Onion Hits The Spot

If you happen to live on the West Coast, this one’s worth knowing. It’s called “fools onion” because it’s not a real onion. But don’t be fooled… It’s totally edible and ridiculously delicious! Watch the video below and then go for a hunt!

Common Mallow

If you’ve never tried common mallow, you’re in for a treat. This plant is in the okra family and is very delicious in smoothies. Because of it’s gelatinous consistency, your green smoothies will be silky smooth and will not separate. Check out the video to learn how to identify it:
